There are several options available for LODGING at the Psi Beta 150th anniversary

Campbell Village – low cost, few amenities, but conveniently located.
For those who prefer on-campus housing, the Campbell Village dormitories have been made available for the event. These are air conditioned suites with 4 bedrooms, a living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator in each unit. Each bedroom has a double bed. A couple will use half of one suite, comprised of two bedrooms and a bath. Singles will have a private bedroom but will share a bath with another single. We will endeavor to accommodate your requests to share your suite with familiar faces. Let us know your preferences when you submit your registration form.

The cost for a room at Campbell Village is $20.50 per person per night plus $15 each for linen packets. Linen packets include sheets, pillow cases, towels and washcloths. Pillows will be provided but you will need to bring your own blankets, shower items and paper products for your suite.

Rooms can be reserved by indicating accordingly on your reservation form. You must include a check for the full amount of your stay payable to the Psi Diamond Association.

Gresham Inn – moderate cost, standard amenities, located just off campus.
There will be a limited number of rooms available at the Gresham Inn for a cost of $59.00 per night. Due to the limited quantity, these rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis with preference given to our Silver Grays and special guests of Psi Chapter.

Please indicate on your reservation form if you prefer to stay at the Gresham Inn and include an email address so that we can confirm your reservation or advise you that there are no longer rooms available. Payment will be handled directly with the Gresham Inn at the time of your arrival.

Local resorts and hotels – higher cost, better amenities, but require driving to campus.
For those of you who prefer staying at a traditional off-campus hotel, you should contact these establishments directly to secure your reservations. We have been able to negotiate special rates with several of these facilities for the event. Simply mention that you are with the Beta Theta Pi group to receive the discounted rate.
